Role Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months contract) to attract, assess, and hire high-quality technical talent to support business growth. The role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver efficient, data-driven recruitment solutions. It builds strong talent pipelines and promotes a positive candidate experience. Through continuous improvement and market insight, the role ensures job-fit, culture-fit, and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver end-to-end technical hiring solutions, from requisition approval to new hire onboarding.
· Design and execute proactive and reactive sourcing to build strong technical talent pipelines, including referrals and external channels.
· Lead screening, interviewing, and assessment processes to ensure high-quality, job-fit and culture-fit hires.
· Create and manage job advertisements, ATS records, and recruitment data to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
· Drive an exceptional candidate experience and represent the company at career fairs and technical events.
· Continuously improve recruitment processes using market insights, metrics, and innovative hiring practices.
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree/ Related qualification in HR
· 2 - 4 years’ experience in handling technical recruitments
· Experience working with a headhunting firm is highly desirable
· Expert knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluations
· Solid knowledge of applicant tracking and recruitment software
· Proven analytical and decision-making skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
