Business Unit Overview
Finance: Superloop’s Finance unit aims to create a more valuable Superloop, in the eyes of Superloop’s customers, it’s employees, it’s shareholders, and the communities in which we operate. Superloop’s Finance unit owns and executes six core processes - data & analytics, financial control, treasury, billing & accounts receivable, accounts payable and finance business partnering.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to address customer billing concerns and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Billing Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries related to billing statements, charges, and payment details. This involves explaining billing procedures, resolving discrepancies, and clarifying any confusion customers may have about their bills.
Payment Processing: Handling customer payments, which may include processing credit card transactions, direct debits, or other payment methods. Billing Executives are responsible for ensuring that payments are recorded accurately and promptly.
Account Maintenance: Updating customer account information, including changes in billing addresses, contact details, or payment methods. Ensuring that customer records are current and accurate is essential for effective billing processes.
Customer Communication: Communicating billing-related information to customers, such as upcoming payments, changes in billing policies, or any other relevant updates. Clear and proactive communication can help in preventing potential issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of billing transactions, customer interactions, and issue resolutions. Proper documentation is essential for tracking customer histories and for internal reporting purposes.
Compliance: Ensuring that billing processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Billing Executives may need to stay informed about changes in billing regulations and adapt processes accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns, implement changes in billing processes, and improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/business management or CIMA/ACCA/CPA qualification.
Minimum 01 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
Fluency in English (Mandatory).
