Business Unit Overview
Our Business unit is the conduit that assists in the delivery of business opportunities and customer engagement. The unit supports our Sales and Customer Connections teams that facilitate opportunities and quotes that convert into sales, and manage sales processes across the entire product portfolio, before being handed to our Delivery team for provisioning and deployment.
Role Purpose
As a Sales Operations Executive within the SMB and Corporate Partnerships team, your primary responsibility is to provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of sales processes. This role involves a range of tasks aimed at optimizing the team's efficiency and facilitating the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Support the SMB and Corporate Partnerships team in evaluating services for potential clients, with a focus on multisite opportunities.
Contribute to the training of the Corporate Partnerships team, specifically focusing on TC4 services. This includes qualification, quoting, provisioning, and ongoing support.
Collaborate in the preparation of Docusign documentation for Partner agreements and
Transfer of Ownerships. Ensure the accurate upkeep of these documents in Salesforce.
Assisting the Team Leader during staff absences by coordinating with internal Provisioning, Support, and Billing teams to provide necessary support.
Generate ad hoc reports from Salesforce or compile lists as requested by Team Leaders for specific assignments or priorities.
Consolidating and analysing of SMB reports and verifying their accuracy under the guidance of the team lead.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years’ experience in an administrative or sales role;
High level of attention to detail;
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with internal and external
stakeholders;
Enjoy working in a high transactional environment;
Experience with Microsoft software suite and Salesforce would be beneficial;
Experience in the telecommunications industry would be beneficial.
